I have used mineral Fusion products for years, really like that they are a cleaner nontoxic choice. I ordered the color Inspire, very happy with that part, pretty color on my skin tone. I'm blonde, and blue eyed with neutral/medium skin. No lasting coverage to speak of, if you talk or lick your lips, it's gone pretty quickly. I don't mind reapplying when needed, but there is very little product in the tube. I will reorder, just disappointing, they must have chosen to reduce the amount of product instead of raising the price drastically. Same with their eyebrow pencil, it's more like a "big" sample, SO tiny around and pretty short as well. ... show more

I've been using this lipstick for years. The shade is a beautiful, satiny, deep rose color with a hint of coral. I use it over red lip liner for a subdued red shade. The lipstick itself is creamy, moisturizing, and lasts all day.

I really liked this lipstick at first, but it broke inside the tube and it is unusable. The color is very nice, but the lipstick should not break. The packaging is a problem with several Mineral Fusion products. In this case the lipstick breaks in the tube and in the case of the powder foundation the lid hinge breaks. This is a shame because the lipstick and the foundation are very good, but in the end you are paying for a cosmetic that cannot be used shortly after opening. ... show more

I’m a fair-skinned Asian with dark brown hair, and Mineral Fusion’s Burst color is my favorite color to wear day or night. It’s a natural salmon/warm pink thrat’s just enough color without being too much color. It can be worn without lipliner, and has just enough thick/creamy texture for good coverage. If your lips have a slightly darker shade to them, this color also balances well against that too. I like it in summer as well as winter months. You do have to be careful about ordering this online in hot summer months, because it can arrived softened which makes the lipstick want to fall off the base as soon as you apply it. Try cooling it off first. I’ve also sometimes found Mineral Fusion lipsticks at Whole Foods, although the Burst color is usually not in stock in stores. I really like that it’s fragrance free and paraben free, and the seed oils and cocoa butter make it moisturizing to reapply throughout the day. ... show more
