This is light weight better for warmer days compared to my leather cut. They do run a little small for wearing a hoody under it for cooler rides but not terrible. It seems to be well made especially for the price. I haven’t ridden in rain to know if the dye will bleed out. The inside pockets can fit a full size 1911 though it’s not a way I’d recommend carrying. It weighs it down and is noticeable, a sub compact would be better. I’d recommend sizing up one and keeping a shoulder rig for that. I’d buy it again. ... show more

Just received this. It fits like a glove. I probably wear a a XXL and know from experience that these motorcycle vests are sized way too small so I ordered a 4XL and as I suspected, it fit perfectly. I was hoping it wouldn't be so heavy but because it has an inner lining, it is very heavy. I was hoping to get a lightweight vest that wouldn't cook me in warm weather. This might actually be all of that but until I get it put into use, I won't be able to make a determination. But it shouldn't be worst than some of the leather vests I have owned. Those are horrible in warm weather. But the material on this vest is first rate and I am going to change my overall star rating if it proves to be be less warm to wear after a while. ... show more

Description says it's dry clean only but the tags that came on it said it was machine washable also. Seems to be very sturdy for the price. The patch I bought on Amazon looks great on it.

This vest is very comfortable and affordable. They do run a size smaller so if you have a large chest, you may want to get an extra large vest. Overall, I’m very pleased with this product.

Fairly comfortable with a good fit. Front pockets had holes in the liner when it came in and aren't sown in so they won't stay in if nothing is in them. They turn inside out while going down the road if it's windy out

I bought this for cool weather motorcycle riding so hard to wait for a cool morning ride to review it. I wear a L which normally fits but sometimes is snug, and I ordered the XL to fit over a sweatshirt or heavy shirt. The fact that it’s a vest instead of a jacket keeps my arms free when riding the motorcycle and the denim keeps my torso warm. Really the best solution for me since I don’t like the feeling of a heavy jacket on my arms. This vest has both inside pockets that are large (concealed carry if you need that) and outside snap chest pockets both sides as well as hand pockets down low. I would have preferred zipper pockets outside but they don’t offer them. I washed the vest in cold water in the machine, hung it dry, and it came out looking fine but I also ironed it too. All in all a great product I would recommend if you’re like me and already have a leather vest and jacket but want something a little different. ... show more
