  • Great boots; sizes run large.
Size: 13 Color: Distressed Brown
Nice boots. From experience, I properly wear a 13-1/2 Wide boot. I ordered 14's, and they were too big. My heel slipped while walking. I then ordered size 13's, and they fit perfectly. They are comfortable and look good, just consider that they run on the large side. UPDATE: Just rode 5 days on a Harley Road Glide at Sturgis- the boots are super comfortable and great for riding! ... show more

  • "These boots have seen everything"
Size: 8 Color: Distressed Brown
First time I bought these was back in August 28, 2023- I got them for the purpose of having a nice pair of boots to wear to Sweden that'd match my style, that I could also use for working back on my parents farm. And now I've bought them again because I was so impressed. Well, these boots have been through a lot now, and they're still going. I'd recommend getting some winter water-proofing wax, as the seams aren't very well waterproofed; but they are well insulated overall. And I have had to repair the heel with some shoe glue occasionally. Pretty basic wear and tear. But these have held up better than many boots I've had before that didn't look anywhere near as nice. Comfort wise, I've worked ten hour shifts on my feet in these, no problem. Walked through valleys, over mountains, across cities. Mud, clay, gravel, cement. These boots can handle it. Now, I wouldn't get these as a work boot per se, as they're fairly soft leather. Having dropped plenty of logs on my feet, I'll tell you, there's a bit of protection, but not for anything major. I'm no biker, but I'd say these could probably handle a slide. Looks wise- I've gotten compliments aplenty. Even with the busted up older pair now. Final notes on my ramble: Good for travel. Buy a size smaller. Takes a bit of wear for them to not be so stiff or tight. Buy. These. Boots. ... show more

  • Well made, durable, attractive
Size: 12 Color: Distressed Brown
I have several pairs of other brands of leather boots including Frye, Ugg, Doc Martens, Redwing, that I’ve had for years. I wanted these because they extend higher up the leg than all my others which I wanted for working in tall brush. I’m happy with the quality but did not like the tall heels which for me was very uncomfortable. I’m work as a fabricator so am a DIY person with almost everything. I removed the wedge insert and reattached the heels myself. Now they are excellent for my needs! I also removed the straps at the top which for me were superfluous. The other changes I made was to add another memory foam insole as they tended to flop around on my feet as I walked. This helps tremendously making them fit so much better. I often will change insoles in all my shoes and boots as they are the first to wear out. New insoles can make older shoes like new. Overall these boots are a solid deal. I believe they should hold up for many years but time will tell. The leather is thick and soles aggressive. I’ve have these for a year but only recently modified the heels so didn’t wear them much until now. They are well insulated for cold weather which we are having now so I’m wearing them more often. The pics show excess glue around the heels that I may clean off but it’s not noticeable unless you get right up on it. FYI I used E6000 to glue the heels. I’ve used it many times for other shoe repair with great results. Modifying the heels requires some special tools that I made to facilitate clamping them back in place while the glue sets for a couple days. If you dislike the tall heels you might take them to a shoe repair place if you aren’t comfortable doing it yourself. ... show more

  • Great boots .
Size: 12 Color: Distressed Brown
The boots are really nice and well made . I love them. They are the most comfortable boot I’ve ever had on my feet. The sizing is a little large compared to my work boots but thicker boot socks fixed that issue nicely. Which is fine because I wear thicker boot socks when wearing boots anyway. The boots are beautiful and sturdy . I love em . The leather is really nice and well made . Pros great boot . Cons none yet . I’ll check back in a year with a report of how well they hold up riding on a Harley or banging around in my jeep or stomping around my farm. Nice boots and very comfortable right out of the box . Highly recommend. Note: these aren’t logger boots and I don’t think they’ll be as sturdy as my steel toed lace up logger boots but I didn’t buy them for that purpose. They are a biker boot and will be used for just that . If I’m climbing telephone poles or cutting trees down I’ll put on my logger boots . If I’m knocking around on the motorcycle or riding in my jeep for a run to town I’ll put on these comfy boots .i plan on keeping these a little nicer . They look great with jeans or carhartt pants or whatever. I have other boots for cleaning out the barn so these won’t ever see that sort of abuse . That said I’m a big ole rough guy and I’m rough on my boots … if these boots aren’t built to last I’ll know in a few months . So far I’m very pleased with them. So far I have nothing but praise for the boots . 5 stars . ... show more

  • Great boots!
Size: 13 Color: Distressed Brown
I wear size 13, sometimes 14 depending on the shoe style. 13s fit well with room for an insole. They feel like a soft bike boot. Pretty comfortable. Appear to be well made. Interior is padded. Side zipper seems sturdy. The straps can be tightened for a snugger fit. You can add more holes to the strap for a tighter feel. The toe chamber is wide enough for my toes and the front feels stiff enough without being hard like steel toed boots. I like its outer appearance of a bike boot with a taller shaft and in brown leather. Overall, they feel rugged but comfortable and look great! I would buy them again. ... show more

  • Good Boot ... maybe.
Size: 10.5 Color: Distressed Brown
I actually started thinking 5 Stars when I took these boots from the box. Looked good the leather feels nice ... but then I had a surprise. Dropped the first Star; that one is on me for listening to other people. Many repliers said and raved about how much too big these boots are ... well not so much!!! I usually wear size 11 EE, so I ordered them 10.5 (no width option) and I noticed right away that, if I had bought these in a store, I would have needed my usual size 11. not too tragic .. a couple weeks in the thickest socks I have and some leather lotion and they do fit now. Dropped the second Star; when I realized that after 3 weeks the Velcro fastener on the end of the zipper is already coming off (see image). For a boot that is not cheap and boasts with quality that is not acceptable IMO. There is probably no need to try and return it now ... most likely too late anyway ... so I will glue it on and hope it holds. Pros: It is a nice looking boot The leather is nice and soft and quite thick There is a padding on the shin that is very nice. The boots are pleasantly taller than I anticipated. Cons: I am questioning the quality of craftsmanship. Worried about durability. Size is more true than people make it out to be. The strap across the top of the foot has an elastic part which makes it completely useless for tightening and the strap is only for show. My conclusion ... I will go with a different model/make next time. ... show more

  • They run large but they’re worth it
Size: 9.5 Color: Distressed Brown
I’ve had these for a couple of months now. I ordered the size I usually wear (9.5 men’s) but when I got them, they were way too big! That’s ok, I layered in another insole and used the straps to tighten them a notch. I had to cut the new insole to a size 10, but they’re a perfect fit now. I’m on my feet all day and they are protective enough for light shop work, and comfortable enough to prevent any pain or issues. I’ve accidentally stepped in some deep puddles and my feet stayed dry. (My jeans….well, they dried eventually.) These are basically a motorcycle boot with some attitude and heft. They’re too hefty for me to ride in, but I ride a street bike. Cruisers would probably be fine. They’re heavy, but it’s a fine tradeoff for the protection they offer. The leg of the boot is nicely padded and gives ankle support, but I can still slip my knife there if needed. The Velcro tab at the top of the zipper is a nice touch. The zipper itself is fine—it’s not a super cheap one, so I probably won’t need to replace it any time soon. After a couple of months of wear, I’m not seeing any of the warning signs that they plan to fall apart or give out. They’re comfortable and as protective as I need for what I do. They do run large. I highly recommend these! ... show more
