Very happy with my purchase of this heated sweatshirt. I find it very comfortable, and the battery in side pocket is not a problem ( best to insert battery in holder inside pocket) . Only drawback that I find with this sweatshirt is that the zip does not go up far enough to stop the wind from entering into chest area … The neck area is completely open since the zip stops about 5 inches below neckline, so it kinda defeats the purpose of keeping the heat in. I bought this sweatshirt for my boyfriend who works outdoors occasionally. He has worn this jacket 4 times and now it doesn’t work. We changed out the batteries to see if it was a battery issue and it still doesn’t work. I haven’t even washed it yet, super irritating.
