Best Utility Knife - Best Amazon Package Knife Opener
Tired of looking for scissors or using your kitchen knives to open your Amazon Packages? I've had this knife for about 6 years now and it's my favorite knife to use so far. If you're looking for a high-quality, sturdy knife this is for you. Milwaukee is on the high tier list for construction tools and this knife is part of that pool. Comes with storage for 3 extra blades (not included). I think my favorite part of the blade is that the full metal body - you just engage the metal button slightly flick your wrist and the blade is ready to go and it works everytime. There's no plastic slider that'll wear your thumbs, or any parts you think will wear out. It's solid. The blades are so easy to replace and make it so easy to just remove and use the other side of the blade for. And retracting the blade is as easy as opening the blade, no need to use two hands and try to hit a button to disengage the lock on the blade, which I hated with other EDC knives, although they look better, it's not as functional. ALSO, if you're just cutting up cord or wire / tape, there's a safe exposed portion of the body where you can just run the metal case and cut without having to open the knife which is super handy as well. I carry this on the construction jobsite as well as their magnetic tape measurer all day and it's so handy. The pocket / belt clip never snags and isn't too tight and hasn't worn out or bent - I've had to tighten it with a phillips head every so often but it's also nice that you can bend the metal to increase or decrease the tension if your belt is too thick or whatever you're securing it to. Highly recommended for opening up boxes, cutting wraps, cords, wires, working on construction site, working at the back of retail stores, etc. Just buy this knife.

My favorite knife
This is my favorite knife. It just works well. It’s extremely durable and safe to use. Grip feels nice in my hands and it really holds on to the blade. I highly recommend it.

Milwaukee Fastback for the win!
There are box-cutters and other kitchen-focused utility knives, but if you want one that has heft and design in its corner, this Milwaukee Electric Fastback is the one you want. And if you buy Milwaukee replacement blades you will get two useable blades on each sliver of metal. Twice the value! And there is space for five more blades in the handle of this knife. Amazing boxes don’t stand a chance against this tool, and I love it.

Hard to tell when positive Milwaukee reviews are legit or just hype from the stans, but this is the real deal and one of my new favorites alongside my Fiskars utility knife. I've acquired way too many utility knives and while most will generally get the job done, not all of them are built equal. This particular model of the Fastback is the smoothest blade I've used one-handed and the fit / finish is excellent. The ease of one-handed operation is huge in practice, but it's whee other quality blades fall apart. Honestly can't ask for a better design, so I bought two and use them both regularly, one with a hook blade and the other a standard blade. Price point is steep for a knife, but ultimately cheaper than buying a different one every few months.

One hand
The best knife you can buy. Takes one hand to open it and use-one to close it. It gets dull you can rotate the blade around or you can open up the compartment and grab a new blade out and put it on. With one hand…
