    • A great wagon overall, just a few things (tip for assembly)
Pros: Insanely sturdy for the most part Nuts and bolts that can be replaced instead of rivets Inflatable tires Cons: Wooden sides are held by plastic, and no way to secure down (gravity only) Padded cover doesn't really secure in the middle (not really and issue, just disappointing) Wheels are secured by nylon nuts for some reason (easy to replace, but annoying) Instructions are flawed This is a great wagon in general compared to the garbage they sell in stores in my area. It seems like even if something broke here, it would be a hardware store repair rather than a total replacement like my son's last wagon. The plastic/nylon parts for the wheel nuts and the fasteners for the sides are disappointing, but ultimately replaceable if there is an issue with durability there. My biggest issue is that the sides have no built-in way to be fastened down, which means they tend to come up during use easily. Probably will attach something for it, just disappointed that they didn't include this. The only other minor annoyance is that the long sides on the padded cover have 3 ties instead of 4 which does not line up with the supports on the wooden sides. So the middle tie has nothing to tie to other than the plastic at the top, which means it doesn't really hold it. The sides stay up with the two other ties, just annoyed that such an obvious thing was missed or left out. Oh, and one very helpful tip for anyone trying to follow the instructions: attach the plastic retainers to the wood sides *before* you put them into the holders on the wagon itself. This makes it way easier to get them on, and won't make you worried that you might break the wood or plastic trying to get the things attached. Just make sure to leave the bolts a little loose, and tighten after the wood sides are in the wagon completely. ... show more

We ordered this wagon for our grandchildren to use when they visit. Very impressed with the high quality of the wagon. Given the high price, I was concerned about the size and quality but it was worth it. The wagon is bigger than expected. The siderails and padding are of excellent quality and will last. Love the wagon. I got it for the shape. I’m turning it into the Hogwarts Express. Came with no instructions and box was badly banged up. I had to fix one rail. The rails don’t line up quite right and if the rails go in a certain spots that makes line up, they should be marked. I haven’t found the right combination yet. I will drill new holes to get the sides straight if I have to. I love it anyway for my purpose. ... show more

the wagon looks very high quality on line but the wagon is not at all and I should know I'm a Quality Inspector!! the side rails are flimsy and the black plastic connection points are missed drilled and the in the corners the sides are to short witch makes you have to nearly break the wood to get them together. there packing skills are horrible, the rails are loose in the box, witch caused on of the wood panels to rub on the inside of the box causing the paint to rube off. there is no protection foam in the box witched caused the some minor damage to the wood bottom structure. and I would return it but my family needs it for a zoo trip in 9 days so I am going to spend the week end fixing every thing. my advice build your own if you can, I wish I would of now. or buy a better build wagon you can see in person not one on line that miss leads you. Pros: pads are nice steering good and beefy Cons: wood quality packaging side panels are not long enough and the wood is thin and cheep THIS IS NOT WORTH THE NEARLY 300 F'ING DOLLARS I PAID!!!!!!!!!!
