This is a very good crib - we really love the way it looks in our room. The white is a beautiful color and the curves on the crib look so nice. The item came in a very big box - I was planning to drag it into my house but the UPS delivery man was nice enough to help me carry it into the middle of the house. I put the crib together in one afternoon and it was really not that hard. There are a few steps where it would be helpful to have a second helper, but you can do it all by yourself if there is no other option. The hardest parts are putting the flat metal mattress support in place - I found that part very difficult to do and it slightly rubbed and scratched against the bed. Overall though it is a very good product. I find the wood components very sturdy and strong - and the 4 adjustable heights should be useful in the future. I did not find that this piece scratches easily, some of the marks I made during assembly could be rubbed off with my finger or a towel. ... show more

I love everything about this crib. It is sturdy and made from high quality materials. It is beautiful with a perfect stained wood color. It comes with detailed instructions that require minimal tools. My only complaint is the time it took to set up.

Honestly, I fell in love with this crib when my mother persuaded me to spend $250 more than my original pick, which was a Delta crib. When this one arrived it seemed fine from the outside, but upon opening it we found the fanciest most prominent piece completely snapped in half (the back top bar that is curved). I was heartbroken, since this is a first experience for me, having my first child. I would expect better quality packaging for a rather expensive quality piece of furniture. Putting it together based off the instructions was a tad tricky for my boyfriend and I and we are fairly handy. We figured it out but it took about an hour to out together and some pieces we had to remove come to find out we pieced it together incorrectly. I skipped going through Amazon returns (I heard rumors that Amazon would just ship another entire crib most likely and I didn't want another one for free and to put together again, just the replacement part) and went directly to the manufacturer for the replacement part and after 10 emails back and forth I hope to have the broken piece arriving soon. Overall, this crib is stunning and I would still recommend it. Hopefully Million Dollar Baby takes better precautions on wrapping such fragile pieces before placing them in the main box. And hopefully the replacement comes in one solid piece. ... show more

I have had this crib for about a year now. I like it a lot; I get tons of compliments on the look, and my daughter loves it. I have the half rail up so she can get in and out herself (she is almost 3). My only complaints: the pull out drawer is hard to pull out if there is any weight on the crib (if you are sitting on the mattress or have 2 kids sitting on the mattress. Only other complaint is the espresso color is lighter than most other brands espresso, so it was a little hard to match. Overall is it very sturdy, classy style for boy or girl, and doesnt scratch too easily. Best crib for the price. ... show more

Spent a lot of time trying to find the right crib for our first child. Chose this one due to the curves and it's conversion ability. When it arrived, I was disappointed to see that 3 of the pieces were damaged during shipping. I reported the damage through the company website. Within 2 hours I was informed that replacement parts would be sent the next day. They arrived well packaged and in perfect condition. I don't often see such quick and courteous response to damaged components. Most companies would just tell you to return it for exchange. Bottom line, yeah it's a little pricier than other cribs out there. But it's conversion ability will provide years of use. And the company definitely stands behind its product and will address any issues you find when it arrives. We can't wait to start using it when our son is born. ... show more

I could write so much. I love this crib ... I brought the 1st one when my son was about 1. It's sturdy and worth the money. Due to my son teething he chewed all on the crib rails so I brought him another one. Didn't need the entire crib because he's now in a toddler bed but I needed to buy this crib again. Not all parts fit well. A part was missing too. Had to contact customer service. Cheaply made. It's not real wood. Nice design that is all but not durable at all. Definitely won't buy again. There are way better cribs out there folks. If I could give it 0 stars I would.
