I don’t know what size that goat is but my toy poodle would have a larger head I believe. It doesn’t connect to a water hose at all, you have to purchase an adapter, and the bowl is much smaller than it appears in the photo. As for functionality…. Idk I was so irritated I didn’t return it or use it.
