These are fleece-lined and not semi-opaque. They are not see through at all. They are probably more like 80 denier. Do not buy if you want something a little sheer. Will be returning.

These are very cute but they ripped the first day I wore them. I weigh 127 lbs. They were very tight. They ripped after the first time wearing them, which sucks bc these are kind of pricey. Not sure they are worth it since it ripped with the first use. I even sized up.
