I’ve had this in my list for a long time waiting for the price to go down & finally I lucked out! This is a beautiful set which compliments my china very nicely. It has good weight to it, made with 18/10 stainless steel, which in my experience lasts a very long time. The gold trim just enhances the set even more. It included accessory pieces that match and is a full service for 12! I haven’t had it long enough to see if it rusts, but knowing the brand, I trust that it won’t as long as I follow the recommended care instructions included. I have never had cutlery I absolutely love - until I got these. This set is very elegant, with a very nice feel and look. The weight is very balanced, except for the teaspoons - they are far too short. I didn't want to send this set back just because of this one thing because they are so beautiful, so I kept them, but we hardly use the teaspoons at all. In fact, I placed them in the very back of the drawer where you can't really see them but we know they are there, just in case we run out of the larger spoons, which we use instead. This set could be improved to be the very nicest if all the items were just a tad longer - and especially the teaspoons. These do clean up nicely and don't show smudges badly like other shiny cutlery does. I like the brand and trust it, which is why I ordered this set over an unknown brand. I also really like how large the set is, and that I did not have to purchase 2 sets to get the number of pieces I wanted. ... show more

Update: I still love this flatware but be warned - the knives are very sharp. I got a nasty cut two days ago, so handle carefully. Other reviews mentioned this but I dismissed it. Lesson learned. Original review: I love this gorgeous Regent Bead flatware. It's beautiful to look at, has the perfect weight, and feels good in my hand. It will class up your every day meals but is nice enough for a fancy dinner. My only complaint is the dinner forks are too long - see photo - but I didn't take off a star as I don't think it will detract from my pleasure in using the set. You'd be hard pressed to find a better set with service for 12 and serving utensils for less ($118). This is the third set I've bought this month and I finally found flatware that will be a pleasure to use. I'm so glad my decade-long search for the perfect flatware that is affordable is over! ... show more
