    • Easy fix for whitehead clusters
I really like that this pimple parch can cover multiple white heads instead of just one. It's not the sheerest pimple patch however. That is okay because I like to wear this patch at night instead of during the day. The product did get a little itchy past the 6 hour mark for me

So to start out these are definitely a must if you suffer from Hidradenitis suppurativa and Hormonal Acne. That being said there is a reason they are called Mighty and not Miracle. You have to understand how they work to get the best use out of it. They have saved me a trip to the dermatologist a few times. First things first. Hydrocolloid patches are moisture retentive dressing , meaning they will pull fluids such as oil , pus , blood , etc from the area which you place them on. These will not work for ingrown hair bumps or for really firm, hard cysts( try the Micro Darts instead) Nor will they remove heavy impactions from pores. So keep in mind the kind of blemish you are trying to treat as these are a higher price point and it would be a waste if used incorrectly. Make sure your face is clean and be weary of the types of Toners/ moisturizers you use. How to use (my opinion) Regular pimple - clean the area well and dry it . Apply patch. Leave on for AT LEAST 8 hours. I apply it at night and sleep in it. Hormonal acne/ Cystic Acne / HS cysts -( kinds that tend to not have heads) these tend to be more deep set. I do a full skin care routine , exfoliating and washing with products made to reduce inflammation ( I highly recommend Elemis superfood) then I use some tea tree lotion ( I use Paul Mitchell hair and body. Very light coat and ensure it’s fully seeped into the skin, where there isn’t a residue.) I sanitize a needle in 90% isopropyl and poke 1-3 small holes to allow the fluid to seep out easier. If you don’t and you use this patch on acne without a head it’s just going to pool the fluid under the skin and make it worse. This is very important. I apply it and wear it for at least 24 hours. I will repeat this process for two or three days. So Pros and Cons Pros -they work -they stay on very well compared to others - a variety of sizes and shapes allow for use anywhere you need ( I have HS so I use them under my arms , on my legs , anywhere there is a flare up) - they prevent localized infections (pimples) from spreading and causing breakouts - water proof - not noticeable on most skin colors. Cons - Price point is pretty high, If I have a flare up one box may only last a few days - no extra large sizing for big areas like legs so you would have to use multiple at one time -prolonged use can cause some irritation due to the adhesive they use. ... show more

I have terrible pores on my chin and nose and these pull them right out and are a great supplement to my overall routine. As embarrassing as this is, I’ve had issues with boils in the past and when I feel one pop up, I put one of these on for 2-3 days and it sucks it out before it becomes a huge issue. I love the little might patches more this feels like I have a bandage on my face. I could see if I had a large breakout i could use this but I would rather use a bunch of the little ones. This feels heavy
