From the Manufacturer These durable and comfortable premium smooth grain goatskin gloves are one of the last work gloves to be made in USA. Goatskin is extremely durable yet very lightweight. They include a keystone or inset thumb for comfort and proper fit . They also have a hemmed cuff design that gives the glove a finished look. Manufacturing of this glove includes a flat finger seam where the leather is overlapped and double stitched which is much more comfortable while gripping vs. a welted seam that uses a strip of leather and a singe stitch . They are gathered at the wrists by sheared elastic for a good fit and to keep the dirt out. These are men's size extra-large.

I'm updating my review to a full 5 stars. I reached out to the seller- Midwest Gloves and Gear via their website and explained what I experienced. They offered to send me a replacement pair of gloves, as the pair I received was defective, and should not have worn through as soon as they did. BUFFALO GLOVES, SIZE LARGE. At first, I was thrilled with these gloves. I normally need to buy XXL sizes gloves for the monstrosities i call my hands, but based on the reviews I ordered a large, and they actually fit well. THESE GLOVES RUN LARGE. For me thats a great thing. They were very soft, comfortable, and seemingly durable thick gloves. And I enjoyed using them for barn renovations over the past month. Unfortunately, after approximately 20 to 30 hours of work, there is now a hole in the middle finger, which effectively renders them useless for me. At this price, I expected them to last much longer, at least longer than the Mechanix XXL Leather gloves i had been buying 2 to 3 times a year. Unfortunately this was not the case, made in the USA or not, I will always choose to use and buy superior products, and these gloves don't fit that standard. Disappointed I spent $50 on gloves that had 30% (or less) of the lifespan of the $30 Mechanix. Probably less, as I was only working with wood when using these, whereas i had broken up and removed nearly 10,000 pounds of concrete slab with a single pair of mechanix gloves. To add to this, the mechanix have better dexterity, and have velcro to seal to your wrist, which keeps junk out well. I wanted to love these buffalo gloves, but unfortunately, they didnt hold up. For winter shoveling or general yard work they might be okay, but they are not up to the task for anything heavier duty, where you would need the durability of thick buffalo leather.
