  • Best buy of 2026!
Size: 0.9 cu. ft.
Best purchase of 2026. I was so pleasantly surprised that it very efficiently gets clothes even cleaner than a standard sized washer. I did not use the faucet connector--connects just fine to regular washing machine hose/connector at wall, with the drain going up into the drain pipe. Spins extremely well. No leaks. Do NOT force the lid closed, let it close by itself. Only caveat is when you use "regular" setting, it must be on some water efficiency measuring because it will not fill all the way up on Level 3. All other settings fill completely. Love the extra rinse setting, but ive never used it bc "baby wash" has some extra rinses thrown in there. I paired it with a 3.5 cubic foot dryer. Completely satisfied with purchase, hoping this lasts a long while! ... show more

  • Great mini-washer!
Size: 0.9 cu. ft.
Having recently moved to a Seniors Apartment with no washer-dryer hookups, the choice was to use the building's public washers and dryers, or try a downsized washer-dryer combo. I wasn't looking forward to using public machines particularly in a complex with many pets and at least a few incontinent Seniors. I have had very good luck with other Midea appliances, so I decided to spend a few $$ more on this, than similar appearing 'no names'. So far, I am very happy that I did. The Midea appears solidly built. It washes and spins quietly and with little vibration..IMO, after spin drying its drier than my Daughters full size $1000 LG, though the capacity is maybe 1/4 as much. I was a bit apprehensive about the temporary hookup to the kitchen faucet, but Midea includes a truly great adapter that can match either inside or outside threads where the aeriator screws on to the faucet end. No problem. Once screwed on, the adapter has a bayonet-type connection to the fill hose end similar to the connections on an air compressor or pressure washer head. Push on a collar to connect/disconnect. I was all primed for a Home Depot trip for various NPT 1/2 adapters - no need! Nice job Midea! As far as capacity, I just finished a set of Twin XL sheets and pillowcase. No problem..But if you have Queens, one sheet and one pillowcase at a time might be best. Particularly if you get the Rovsun G46000096 dryer I did. (Will be reviewed shortly). Like I am in the habit with dishes now that I have no dishwasher either, wash as you go along. Don't let clothes, towels, sheets pile up. Get in a routine to do wash probably every day if you are a couple. I am widowed, and every other day or so works fine. I highly recommend this Midea for Senior singles, any single, and its probably fine for many couples. And you never have to worry what unpleasant items you just might find in the bottom of that public washer you just used. . ... show more

  • Best purchase I've made in years
Size: 0.9 cu. ft.
The negative reviews had me a bit worried, but since I already owned a Midea appliance (a BEAST of an AC), I pulled the trigger. My unit did not arrive damaged, and the packaging was normal. The drainage “issues” people face are completely user error, just like I suspected. The drain pump requires back pressure of water in the tube in order to work properly. The drain hose must be higher than the washer (i.e., into your kitchen sink and NOT in a low bucket, bathtub, or shower). The spin cycle is strong and wrings the water out pretty damn well — enough for me to line dry. Another note: the people who say the hinges break actually broke them themselves (user error). The lid is self-closing, so you should not force it shut. Wait for it to fall down gradually by itself — “GRACEFULLY.” The noise level is slightly quieter than a normal-sized washer, and the spin cycle is a normal amount of noise. I’m a single guy and thought I would need a larger capacity. I don’t. When I take off my clothes, I place them straight into the washer and run a quick wash every day. Improvements I would like to see: There are three water levels, and I wish it would automatically save the settings you used in the previous wash. I do “Quick Wash + Level 3,” totaling 18 minutes, and the clothes come out clean using 1–2 tbsp of Tide. There is no hot water connection, and this machine is not designed for hot water. Unfortunately, the stock photos don’t show this, nor does the description. I rarely use whites and normally wash cold anyway, so it wasn’t a deal breaker. This seems like it will last a while as long as you don’t overfill it, add too much soap, or keep the drain hose low. Also, there’s a micro lint trap pouch that’s pretty cool. Empty it every week and you’ll be fine. I read the instructions — and you should too. Cheers. Hope this helps. ... show more

  • Didn't Last Long
Size: 0.9 cu. ft.
The machine was working good, but it broke down after 9 months of use. Water was overflowing and at the same time leaking water at the bottom.

  • Good performance and easy maintenance, but capacity feels small
Size: 0.9 cu. ft.
The functions and overall performance are good, and the machine works reliably for everyday use. It washes well and operates smoothly. One thing I really appreciate is the design for easy maintenance. There is a built-in lint filter inside, and a drain outlet that allows you to remove leftover water and residue easily. This makes cleaning and upkeep much more convenient. That said, the capacity and overall size were smaller than I expected. It works fine for small loads, but having a slightly larger capacity option would make this machine even more practical. Overall, I’m satisfied with the performance and maintenance features, but I would consider a larger size if available. ... show more

  • Worked great.
Size: 0.9 cu. ft.
We moved 2,000 miles across country in stages while getting our house ready to go on the market. Our washer and dryer moved in first load. We needed some way to wash clothes for a few months while we finished up getting the house ready to be listed. Laundry mats are crazy expensive and no guarantee the machines will work - we tried that method first. This little washer was a better option. It can handle a day’s change of cloths for one person no problem. A couple of towels normal size. We have bath sheets; so, we just did one at a time. One king size sheet at a time. It spins for very longtime, but the items come out not needing more than an hour or two to dry (jeans included). Instructions for use not to great, but can easily work it out. We were cleaning, finishing remodel, and packing; felt our clothes were cleaned well. We were able to use connections in our laundry room with no issue. ... show more

  • Washer is OK but not as happy as the last one I had that was also a Midea
Size: 0.9 cu. ft.
This is the 2nd Midea I purchased. The last one was plastic. This one is metal and very heavy and hard to move. It seems like less room inside than the last one even though it's the same .9 cu ft washer. The last one lasted 9 years and I mostly used a minimal time wash. I don't know if this will last that long. It sometimes makes squeak noises washing. You have to press more buttons to get it going. Water stays in the machine, and I have to use the drain hose to empty the remaining water into a container on the floor when the load is done. It is more costly than the last washer, but it seems to do a decent job washing the clothes. I just hope it lasts. ... show more
