We just did our kitchen over. We bought a high end stove. The microwave to match it was going to be to big and not allow much space for a pot filler on the wall above the stove. So we were going to pass on a microwave and just get a hood fan because we honestly don’t even use a microwave that much. The store suggested this type of slim design but I did not want it because a different brand name was on the front and I thought it would look funny not being the same brand as stove ( I know that’s not important to some, but it was important to me because it was a brand new kitchen and high stove because it was nest to each other ) I went home to think about it and tried googling more options. I came across this one with NO BRAND NAME STAMPED ON FRONT so that was great because then it still looks like a set to the stove. But the funny part about it is, I also saw same exact microwave with 4 different manufacturers names on it. SAME EXACT ONE to a T. Unfortunately not the brand of my stove but I did see others. I have not used the smart features yet but so far everything else seems to be working fine. Most of all… I LOVE THE LOOK!

Has a lot of built in options/ presets which is helpful. You can fit a full size plate inside and choose if you want the turntable on or off. So far, very happy.

Update-customer service is useless I need a filter I sent my invoice and they still can’t help I’m having problems with the filter and they can’t help I DONT RECOMMEND AT ALL!!! Works as described and looks nice. Since it’s slim it can’t fit anything over 5 inches high, so keep that in mind. Other than that I’m happy. My friend installed with no problems. Hope it lasts

Great microwave that really looks great! Needed to replace the regular microwave we had that was just sitting in the “built-in” cabinet. So far this microwave is great. An extra 6" of space above my range and lighting that's truly effective. And the sensor cooking cooked my veggies to perfection at even under the 4 oz minimum. The only thing I don't like is that every fingerprint shows, but the touch pads are very responsive.
