The shutters arrived quickly; however, the color wasn’t a match for my home. They were a quality product, just didn’t meet my needs. Customer service was responsive to my return inquiry. However, I wasn’t aware that the return shipping costs were my responsibility. I paid over $50 to return two pairs of shutters. This was a bit shocking - make sure you are 100% confident that the color ordered is perfect. It would be great if the company sold a color swatch sample for customers’ use prior to ordering. The media could not be loaded. I am very impressed and pleased with these window shutters, and here is why. First, they arrived very fast! Delivery was scheduled for a few weeks, and I received them in a few days! They look outstanding. I ordered the shutters to install on my garage windows, and the color is perfect to match my other shutters. Installation was easy too! I cleaned out the previous drill holes and used a rubber mallet to push through the shutter locks. One bit of advice, make sure to drill the hole deep, or else the locks don't entirely go through. My garage windows went from looking plain to sophisticated and clean looking, and I am impressed. There is another piece of advice: the shutter has a top and bottom, which I did not know, so one shutter is actually upside down. Overall, excellent quality, color, perfect size, and delivered fast! The only con is they look so good my wife now wants me to replace the other shutters with this brand! I highly recommend these shutters and therefore rate this product five out of five stars. ... show more
