When you unpack this well-packed item be very careful--in mine the tiny funnel that was included was stuffed into the very bottom of the plastic wrap and I did not notice it at all at the time. It is not in the pictures on the product site, nor did I find it mentioned there, so I definitely was not looking for it. It is a nice little funnel and should help with neatly filling the sprayer, so I am glad I noticed it as I was gathering up the wrapping. It was really nice that the manufacturer or seller provided the funnel The seller refers to this as an oil sprayer. I carefully read all about it- there was no mention of not using it to spray water as well as for oil, and when I washed it pre-use, I looked it over carefully, and could not see any reason either. It certainly gave a nice, fine and even spray, and can be used horizontally or vertically, which is a very good thing- and absolutely necessary sometimes. The sprayer container is made of glass and metal and was shipped with a dessicant pack, so I think if I dry the sprayer well and when it seems totally dry, put the dessicant back in it for storage it should be ok using it to spray baking bread, or a ham in the smoker. with water.-it did a great job when I used it to spray in the oven to enhance the crust on the focaccia I just baked. Of course, I will use it for oil spraying also, It has the nice viewing strip up the side of the bottle so you can see how much oil is left at any time, which is great. SO much better than trying to tip the bottle and guess. I also tried to sow in the one picture how the siphon tube goes all the way to the bottom of the sprayer bottle- unlike so many sprayers. With this one, you will not find the sprayer leaving much of the contents unreachable. It seems to be a very sturdy, well-made quality product. I sure hope it lasts a good long while- I see a great future in food for us if it does. I got the (Stainless Steel)Black+Stainless Steel Color one, and based on looks, feel and the bit of use so far, I think it is well worth the price.

An easy, no-mess way to spray your pain with oil. In reading other reviews, some have said that it squirts rather than sprays. What I have found is that this depends on how you squeeze the trigger. At least with mine, it will spray if you squeeze the trigger like you mean it. A gentle squeeze, and it squirts. A fast, aggressive squeeze and it sprays. I don't know if it would be a good idea or not, but perhaps they might make a rotating nozzle, one for squirt, one for spray. I'm sure it would cost more, but I'd consider it worth the extra money. Overall, I'm very pleased with it. I like that you can see at a glance how much is left and it's well made. I like the appearance.

Great bottle, and it sprayed (misted) nicely at first. However, after a few uses, the spray now comes out more in a stream. Annoying, but still easierthan pouring oil from a bottle. I'll have to inspect whether there is a clog...

The item is quite pretty, but the sprayer does not work at all. I couldn’t get anything to come through it and I tried a long time it would not prime and would not squirt pretty doesn’t help.

Nice little olive oil sprayer. I bought one for the grill and my wife liked it so much that i bought her one for the kitchen. We’ve never had any issues with clogging and it is very easy to use.
