The wig is beautiful in my opinion, it actually looks like the braids are coming out of your scalp, however I returned this wig because its the shortest 28 inches ive ever seen. I would at least think it would fall pass my chest and it doesn't. Im not sure how hair is measured anymore but I remember 18 inches use to fall mid back, anyway. 1.I didnt like the length, if it was longer maybe I could deal with reason number two 2. THE SMELL!!!!!!! OMG HORRIBLE, my entire room was lit up with the smell and the residue feeling on my hands, what in the world is being used on this hair!!??? It made me itch ... show more

Ok so the twists on this wig are cute and are VERY well done. The color of the wig is also cute. With that being said, I wouldnt recommend this wig for the price that I paid. I have FIVE issues with this wig. 1. The band in the wig fits perfectly around my head however the wig isn't secure. There is way too much space in between the wig and the back band. So yes the band fits perfectly, but the wig it's self is way too loose. When I run my fingers through the wig it's begins to slip off of my head. 2. There are no clips or combs inside of the wig to secure the wig onto the head. Another reason why it slips. I tried Bobby pins and had no luck. The wig still slips off of my head. 3. Part of the band is covering my hair line. The way that the band was sewn onto the wig was not done properly. So I have to cut some of the band from the front of the wig which can be risky. 4. I would have liked to see how the wig looked partially pulled back however too much of the band in the front is exposed. I paid way too much money for an unfinished product. The top front of the wig looks well done however as your begin to work your way down the front sides of the wig you will see/feel mostly band. I cant even tuck the twist behind my ear without seeing the band. Its nothing but band on the front sides of the wig. 5. As previously stated, the top and front top of the wig are GREAT. The front sides of the wig are not the only think in lack of twists. The back sides of the wig feel unfinished as well. They do not have as many twists as the middle back of the wig does. So the wig feels full on the top, front top, and down the middle of the wig but the sides feel bald. I feel exposed and feel nothing but unconfident wearing it. Again, wayyyyyy too much money for an unfinished (looks and feels) product that slips off of my head, cannot be secured, inadjustable, lacks versatility in hair styles (can only be worn one way) and leaves too much space in between my head and the wig. I have purchased some of Amazon's wigs for $50 that were made better. Highly disappointed in this wig. ... show more

I purchased two of these wigs. The hand twisted nano sized Senegalese Twist are EXCELLENT. I do natural protective hairstyles and extensions so I fully understand the level of skill and time required for this type of work. I receive more compliments when wearing this wig than any other braided, synthetic or loose human hair wig that I have ever purchased. The only negative thing about both wigs was the HORRIBLE smell. It was unbelievable how strong and terrible and chemical like the odor was in the wigs. I thought about returning them. But did not because after inspecting the wigs it was clear to me that they were brand new, never worn and well packaged. I don't know what the owner and creator of the wigs have their products near or the type of products they use when creating their wigs, but they need to be aware that even Kanekalon synthetic hair can absorb odors and smells. After washing both wigs twice the bad odor and smell was almost gone. I let both wigs air dry and by the third wash I could not smell the bad odor anymore. I also applied a little conditioner that had a nice scent in it and then rinse after several minutes. While washing the wigs for the first time before wearing them I did notice some type of a slightly tan / brown residue wash out in the water. Honestly normally if I received something like this after ordering I would immediately return it and not keep it. However I chose to make an exception because of the extremely good quality workmanship and outstanding handmade nano sized Senegalese twist work. These wigs are not machine made. They are 100% handmade which in my opinion for the nano size twist ... Let me tell you I would charge no less than $3,000 dollars to my clients if I were to do Senegalese twist on their hair with added extensions in the same size in length because of the amount of work + time that it requires. Nano size is much smaller than micro size and the length is extremely long -- 28 inches -- that's a lot of work to do when you're talking about making handmade senegalese twist nano size. I also like the well ventilated wig caps they use. One exception, I don't like how the cap has a little space that does not lay flat to back of my head--which I doubt can be avoided due to the nice thick band added to the inside back of wig. I really liked that the creator of the wigs included a nice thick band in the back of the wig for an even better and snug fit. Although my band came apart on one side after about two months due to the sewing unraveling. This is an easy fix that I can do with needle and thread. The price was excellent an extremely affordable especially considering this is a handmade wig that was made nano size extremely neat and well done in terms of the twist and the sewing of all of the twists into the cap and lace. Hopefully the business that makes and sells these wigs will read my review and make the changes that should be done so that you can get high and good ratings because you have a wonderful & beautiful product. So make sure that whatever product you're putting in the Kanekalon synthetic hair or whatever you're doing that's causing the very bad smell and residue in the brand new wigs make sure you stop doing whatever you're doing because you have a very very good product and I've seen from other pages where you sell this wig that you're getting more negative and bad reviews than good. Try applying my recommendations and I hope that your ratings and reviews will get much higher because you do have a quality product that's made VERY well but you need to fix that issue with the residue in the product and the bad smell. ... show more
