I thought this was being over hyped until I tried it myself. First off it came 2 days earlier that initial delivery date. The smell is tolerable, a milder version of chocolate. For me It mixes better in hot liquid but you can have it with even orange juice because it doesn’t alter the taste. I can honestly say it has boosted my energy a lot. My girls take it too, the twins are more focused, talking way more(tryna argue their way out of everything lol), I beam with joy just hearing them counting or saying the alphabet :) as for my brain fog, I won’t say it’s completely gone but it’s getting better. Wait, did I tell you the package has enough to serve you for all 365 days!? Yup, the scoop gives you just enough serving for a cup. If you’re still having doubts about this product, take my word for it and give it a try. You won’t regret it!

It's a very fine powder that blends easily. I put it in coffee and it has a pleasant creamy taste. As far as cognitive health, I am a very short patience, short attention span person and the days I use this stuff I have focus, improved memory and quicker at problem solving. I'm sold. Only been taking this a few days. So far the taste is minimal. I mix it with coffee or tea. I recommend keeping the little scoop out of the package as when you put your hand in to get it the powder gets all over your hand. If you don’t mind then that’s ok. So far I’m not sleepy during the day. Not as anxious as I usually am. Looking forward to seeing how is helps with my mood. So far I’m good no complaints.

I’ve only been taking this for just over a week but believe it’s effective as I’ve already experience some change in clarity. Very fine powder that mixes easy in my coffee. I use an immersion blender to mix avocado or coconut oil every morning in my coffee, so I was concerned about the powder binding. Therefore, for the last two mornings took it plain on a spoon. Not a terrible taste at all - like slightly burnt marshmallows. This would work well and oatmeal, cream of wheat, or on many cold cereals.

I started using lions mane and it made me first off improve my mood through the roof . The taste isn’t very good though 😂 but.. if you mix it in with a drink like coffee milkshake etc… you couldn’t tell u added it I definitely recommend this product also helps being productive in your day

I bought this item to help with brain fog and for the long term benefits that I hope to see in time. It blends fairly easily I have one of this handly little stick frother mixers that I use or you can stir quickly with a straw but it tends to clump a little with that. It leaves no taste change in my coffee and it's cold also not hot. I love the tiny scoop and It should last almost a year.
