It applies quickly, especially if you have two people: one to pull off the paper backing while the other one smooths the paper as it adheres. I bought this to decorate my classroom door for the holiday season. It is worth it! I usually use the regular bulletin paper, it’s a pain to tape it on! So this year, a colleague told me to try contact paper. It works! It’s so much easier to put it on and it looks so much better!

This is thicker than the other peel and stick I've purchased in the past. It looks like freshly painted walls. The only complaint I have is when it gets a crease in it, it turns white. It adheres really well.

This pink wallpaper was for a school project for my daughter. It was great in color and the price but it did not stick to good . We had to apply glue. It was going on a cardboard box and not a wall. So I am not sure if that’s why it did not stick.

I moved into an old, dirty science lab classroom and after years of no one cleaning the lab tables, I found I could not permanently remove all the perma-dirt. Because I teach from behind the teacher lab table, I did not want to lean against the dirty table in my clean clothes and with clean hands, day after day so I covered it in this. No on even notices it's a covering. It's not smooth enough to write on (paper and pencil or pencil-you can feel fine texture) but to the touch, it is smooth. It is also thicker than I expected-does not tear or stretch easily. I ordered matte finish and it matches very well. Would recommend for high-use areas.

I purchased this item to use on my bulletin boards at school. The price was right and the idea that it would last much longer than regular paper (more durable, no fading, etc....) was promising. I knew there were issues, when it ripped as I tried to remove the small piece of tape securing the edge to the rest of the roll. When I went to pull the backing off, my fingers left marks on the actual wallpaper from where I held it. I had figured the marks would disappear, but they didn't. As I put the wallpaper up and removed more of the backing, more and more permanent marks were created in the wallpaper. It is incredibly thin, like tissue paper. If you hold tissue paper the wrong way, it creates an crease and marks that can't be removed...same with this product. So disappointed. :( I know it might be difficult to see on the pictures, but I tried to show the marks.

This paper was hard to hang. It got white marks on it where it creased while i was hanging it. Be sure to overlap your seams as I just butted them together and then the paper shrunk overnight and some of the white paint showed thru. Overall, I would recommend this product. It is difficult to hang but looks really good when it's done. Be sure to order all your rolls at once because I was short a roll and reordered and it was a bit lighter than the rest. After hanging it did look like it was painted. People were surprised to find out it was peel and stick wallpaper. Overall, a good purchase.
