I am not a purse snob but this one is adorable and I'm so happy to have it!! I plan to gift it to my daughter so I think she will love it. The Oxblood color is very classy and will match so many things. I wanted to green but I have too much green so I thought the red would be perfect in case I chose to keep it for myself. The feel of the leather is very smooth and it has a nice matte look to it. The stitching is great quality. I am especially impressed with the feet on the bottom of the purse to help protect the bottom of the purse. I have too many branded purses that get ruined and scuffed on the bottom so this is an incredible feature in my opinion. I love the handles, they feel very sturdy and classy. Of course it has the optional strap. The purse is packed nicely for shipping just like I would expect to receive it in store. The buckles and metal parts are all protected, pouches have stuffing to keep shape. It was packaged with the tissue paper and in a plastic bag. I honestly love everything about it and a part of me wonders if I would have picked it out in the store because I'm mad at the me who might not have! Second-guessing the gifting to my daughter now! I think for an MK purse the sale price is fair. I know some people are not willing to pay certain higher prices for a purse and I can't blame anyone, but If you can snag this for under maybe $160 I think it's perfect. ... show more

I love my new Michael kors emilia medium satchel bag. The size is perfect for me(dimensions are 12.5 x 6 x 9.5 inches), great for everyday use and I'm in love with the gold tone color. I'm used to and prefer to carry larger tote bags and purses but wanted something more practical to carry on a daily basis. This is the perfect size as it is capable of carrying basic essentials, plus all the other random items I choose to collect and carry along the way. The color is a deep, rich olive green which looks super cute and stylish with the gold hardware. I've purchased multiple MK brand bags throughout the years and am familiar with the quality and durability. This handbag is no exception to the great quality you'd expect from MK. The only thing I'm not a fan of is the shoulder strap due to my personal preference. Not too big and not too small will definitely fit all your essentials and then some. 3 large pockets and a zippered interior pocket provide plenty of space for organization of your things.
