There's a lot to enjoy about this bag, the style, strap v. handle options, solid stitching, and classy details like the handle loops and little feet on the bottom. One of the main things I like is that you can actually find things in it because it's not a black hole like some bags. I don't need special organizers, as the lighter color lining makes it easy to spot items. There's a secure zippered section so I can have some things readily accessible in the snap sections or front pocket, or safe in the zippered. It's a good size for those of us who aren't minimalists. The shape is classic, and it stays upright, which also makes it easier to find stuff. The zipper works well thus far. It feels and looks really nice, and in using it for a week, it's holding up well. When I ordered it, it was listed called leather/acorn/brown, and it wasn't 100% clear that it was not leather, but the listing currently is clear, it is polyurethane. It feels nice and may hold up better if you're a little rougher on your bags. To me, it has higher price point for a non-leather handbag, but if it's your style and suits your organizational preferences, give it a go, because it is really nice. ... show more

This Michael Kors May Medium Triple Compartment Shoulder Bag is exactly the kind of Vine item I get excited about because it feels genuinely gift-worthy and high quality right out of the box. I got the Brown/Acorn color, and it is beautiful in person - classic, warm, and easy to pair with almost anything. It has that polished Michael Kors look without being too flashy, so it works for everyday use, work, church, dinner, or travel. The triple compartment design is what makes this bag especially practical. It gives you a place for everything without turning into one big black hole. I can keep my wallet, keys, phone, lip products, receipts, and small extras separated and easy to find. The medium size is also a sweet spot: roomy enough to be useful, but not so large that it feels heavy or awkward to carry. The structure is one of my favorite things about it. It holds its shape nicely, looks put together even when it is not completely full, and feels more refined than a soft slouchy bag. The hardware and stitching give it a finished, designer feel, and the neutral brown/acorn combination makes it look expensive without being loud. This would make a beautiful gift, but it is also the kind of bag I would absolutely buy for myself. It feels durable, versatile, and thoughtfully designed. This purse is beautiful and lives up to the quality I expect from Michael Kors. The vegan leather is soft to the touch, yet the bag maintains its shape nicely once the packing materials are removed. One of my favorite features is the magnetic snap closures, which connect easily and securely, helping keep everything inside protected. The center compartment has a zipper closure and is spacious enough to hold everyday essentials such as a phone, wallet, hairbrush, sunglasses, and a small notepad. The purse also comes with a longer strap for crossbody wear, although it functions perfectly well without it. The color palette features attractive brown tones, and the iconic MK logo is displayed on the sides for a classic Michael Kors look. It arrived with the original price tag attached and was packaged the way Michael Kors bags are typically presented. The only minor downside is a slight odor upon opening, but I'm hopeful it will fade with use and airing out.
