The straps are comfortable, and the outside pocket is secure enough that when I put my ID and AirPods in it they don’t fall out if the purse falls over. It does not have a lot of interior pockets. The medium Michael Kors tote conveys as a lovely, well made and classic handbag for those who need a bit of room in their bag but don’t wish to carry a satchel! The inside of the bag is very nicely finished and mostly open in design, I’m considering an organizer to keep hinges tidy and keep it clean! The hardware i Has a lovely sheen and is just enough to polish the overall effect without being garish. This is a bag for someone who doesn’t feel the need to shout about it; it’s subdued and refined elegance. All components of the bag were well protected upon arrival.
