I have this bag, and I wanted to re-purchase it due to my old one looking scruffy. Well, Michael Kors has changed the bag slightly. You are still getting the one they sell online, because they've updated the purse on their website. My original has more grommets (like shown in the brown/black version on this listing), and it has a zippered inner pocket (in the middle zip pocket) and a pocket on the other side of that same middle zip area. The hardware feels more substantial. The MK canvas is on the bottom of the old bag as well. Now with this new version (which IS ALSO on MichaelKors.com), there are less grommets. The loops holding the strap are a little "lighter" in feel. The inside (in the middle zipper area) only has one pocket, gone is the zippered pocket. And the bottom of the bag is solid leather. Overall, I've checked- I think Michael Kors just downgraded the design a bit. I think I'll still use this, because I like the look- I hope the strap holds up. It kind of stinks that Michael Kors changed some parts of this bag- as I liked the original. But the updated one is close enough. Update: I wore the new bag I purchased here to the mall, and it was just like old times. I love this style- despite the updated bits. It's still the same bag, and so fun to wear! ... show more
