I did keep this necklace as a layering piece but, it is even finer than the pictures indicate. Look carefully at the picture of the model wearing the necklace and imagine it even slightly finer so you aren't disapointed. It has a unique design that makes it sort of roll on itself. I doesn't roll on your neck, the actual design creates a variation in angles and it catches the light so that it is a little shiny at times as it catches the light while you are wearing it. It only has one clasp and the design it too fine to clasp it anywhere else along the necklace itself so you can only wear it at the original length. ... show more
