Everything worked well as expected except that mine changed the time display design willy nilly without any prompting. I'm very distractible so this was a deal breaker, I would have kept the watch if it were not for this one thing, they need to fix it.

I bought this as a replacement for one I had to return because the 1st one irritated my skin. This one has not so after 2 weeks of use. So, I am hoping it won't. I love how easy this one was to connect the app to it. I had no problems. Love the features and the fact the background has so many different options for "looks" to the watch. I don't think the sleep quality feature works. But it's a nice idea. I use mine for the time and the notifications. I like that I can read my texts on my watch. Sometimes I don't hear my phone when it's on vibrate but I don't miss texts when I wear this. So far I really like it. ... show more

Purchased this unit after being disappointed with inconsistent FitBit performance. This unit is also inconsistent in reporting and its data is shown in a light colored orange display that is barely readable on my smart phone due to little variation in the display colors. I use this unit primarily for sleep measurements (as with FitBit) and am disappointed with the marginally useful results. ... show more

For the money this is an excellent watch. If I could find one fault it is with the watch band. Multiple holes make it difficult to get the clasp in the center one. I would have preferred having a band option like one that isn't plastic and would have paid extra for that option.

Updated: I talked with customer service and I got a replacement watch right away. So great customer support! I've had this watch for two weeks. The battery seems to drop 10% a day. I really like the vibration alarm feature. I take medication at different times and I like it better than using my phone. But the watch keeps turning itself off and I have to hook it to the charger to turn it back on, and this is not because it's low on battery. I'm not sure what I should do. ... show more

    • Cannot Register the watch on the FitCloudPro App on Andriod Phone

Watch seems to funtion as designed, but the application (API) for Andriod is not very friendly. First of all, you cannot register the application/phone using the login. When doing so, you get stuck in the profile page. So you have to start off without logging in (option) to enter your profile and pair. It also makes you enter your personal data in metrics without the option for imperial measurments until you complete the pairing. Then you can go to settings to reset it to feet and pounds. With that all said, the folks that wrote this API for Andriod need to correct these issues. Otherwise, other folks who are not tech savvy will start sending these watches back thinking they don't work with their Andriod phone. ... show more
