This accessory is necessary if you have a bartesian. My kitchen cabinets hangs low so I couldn’t sit the bartesian on top, which it sits perfectly. You will need a place for your pods. I am so glad I purchased it. The price is the same as on the official website.

    • Defective Product
Upon receipt of and opening the product, it seemed that the package had possibly already been previously opened and used and returned. The plastic has already been removed and the labels on the machine had clearly been taken off and put back on with the same, wrinkled up and balled up stickers. There was also water spots and residue around the base where the glass bottles would be installed. After reading the directions on how to properly use the product including the first time use directions, I attempted to make a drink, and it was unsuccessful. Though all containers were full with alcohol as well as the water chamber being full the machine would not dispense any of the liquids. It just made loud clicking and humming sounds. It did, in fact, puncture the flavored pods for the drink, but there was no liquid dispensed or added from the machine to the mix. I googled multiple videos on what this could be, and after troubleshooting for almost 2 hours, I decided to just return the item and re-order, hoping that I receive a new product versus a used or defective one. I will write another review after the receipt and use of the new item. ... show more
