The media could not be loaded. We looked several places for one that is good quality and just the right size for our counter space. I thought the price was reasonable. I can put 35 coffee pods in it and since we have about 10-12 different kinds of coffee pods this comes in handy. The quality is good and it fits our particular requirement due to the size. Nice k cup carousel, looks nice , no assembly required , has a nice heavy weight to it and feels like a nice quality product. Spins smooth and does exactly what it should. Looks much better than cardboard boxes of k cups on the counter next to the machine.
