Everything went well until I got to the last piece and realize there was not a hole drilled to connect it. I messaged the seller, and this person immediately responded and sent another one. Extremely thin tubing and poorly manufactured, but for the price it's worth it. Ordered 2 garden arches and 1 was fine but the 2nd had curved pieces that weren't bent enough so the legs were out at roughly 20° angles. Sent it back and got a replacement in 3 days. Replacement was shaped correctly but had no instructions and the screws were loose in the box because the bag was tore opened. The screws are just normal screws that you screw into unthreaded plastic caps on the horizontal bars, not too hard to screw in but not easy, but easy to screw in too tight and collapse the tubes. The tapered ends of the tubes aren't cut to the perfect length when the holes are aligned so there's a bit of wobble even when tightened enough to start collapsing the tubes, and some of the holes had bits of metal that had to be bent out because they weren't punched out fully. For the price it's worth it, but definitely recommend making a 2x4 brace for anything remotely heavy or windy

You get what you pay for! I have 3 other arches in my yards. All of them are very nice looking and strong enough to support shrubs, tree branches etc. This one is not my effort to take apart and return- tracked.

I have ordered seven of these. The first six came in fine. The 7th one came in missing two screws and having to screw holes not drilled. Drilled them out myself went to the hardware store and bought the screws got it put together only to find the arch was lopsided and bent. I need six more but I am afraid to order any more from this company so looking for another company
