bought the metal lathe and had it about 45 days. The return window was 30 days. It broke down after the 30 days. I am being charged close to $150 for a restocking fee. Make sure you get all the info before you do a return. They couldn’t tell me why I need to pay to restock a defective product, so I wonder if they keep selling their bad products. Customer beware

Lathe arrived broken. The control panel was torn off and bent up, one bolt was broken in the head luckily it was easy to remove, wires were ripped from their places. I was able to get it to turn on once reinstalling the wires but it is incredibly under powered. Regret taking a chance on this cheaply made lathe. Returning- will update on that process.

Mini lathe arrived via UPS with a broken and shattered wooden crate. Hold down screws, which are very small in diameter, had one broken, one missing out of four. Parts were all rattling loose inside. Clear plastic safety cover over chuck was cracked. two of the adjustment wheel handles were found loose in the bottom of the crate. Chip tray was bent on two sides. First time it was turned on the fuse blew. Finally replaced fuse and got it to run. The adventure continues....
