    • Struts do not work!

The struts will not hold the door up and have no control in the closing of the door! I have had to cut a piece of wood to prop the door up each time I go into the cabinet.

I had very high expectations for this wall storage. It look well made and had good statistics in regards to being able to hold 120 pounds. Unfortunately,. when I put it together I began to see that certain parts of the wall storage were not on par with the quality that was expected. One of the metal sheets that is integral to the structure of the cabinet that can be potentially holding 120 pounds of items and hanging on the wall; you would never want to have even the slightest chance of the cabinet falling and hurting yourself or worse, a child in the house. The other part is the fact that one of the holes on the opposite side of the damaged metal sheet has a screw hole that is stripped and thus you cannot secure the screw in the back of the box. So just beware. When you are opening the item be careful and examine each part of it to make sure that there is no quality control issue that was overlooked. Also do the same with the screws when you tension them as heavy storage items that hold other heavy items is not something that you want to mess with and find out. ... show more
