It feels soft. It looks pretty real, just a little shinier and nicer than my actual hair does. It is not as large/ long as shown in the picture. I'm still very pleased with it. I ordered the strawberry blonde/bleached blonde mix - and it's as light as my bleached highlights (which are my natural color from when I was younger) and the darker color mixed in it is darker and more auburn brown than my mousy pale brown natural hair. I think it's the closest match for my hair that they would have, based on the pictures online. It looks very nice, and gives a lovely fulness to my otherwise fine, limp, thin blonde hair. They include about 6 black bobby pins and one black pony tail holder with the bun, which would obviously show in my hair. That's okay, I have plenty of pale brown bobby pins and light tan pony tail holders already. This is a great purchase for this price, and the one day delivery was great, as well.

I love this little hair piece. My only complaint is the curls are so tight it is hard to get them to separate to look natural. I pull the curls apart and bobby pin them elsewhere. I get lots of compliments when I wear it and no one knows it's not my hair. I had to order a few diff. times to figure out my color match. Worth the money!

This is great! The color matched my hair perfectly. It took a few tries to figure out how to use it so that it covered my bun but once I got it figured out it looked great. I got so many compliments on it actually. The material doesn't feel cheap at all, which was surprising for the price. It feels like hair with a tiny bit of hairspray on it. I suggest brushing it a little before using, that made it easier to get it to sit right for me.
