Great for hiking and hunting in the woods! Love the color too! It makes me feel more like a girl in my hunting gear! Very comfortable. Great fit. Merrells are the best if you will be doing any sort of long walking outdoors on uneven terrain. We hunt in Florida, sometimes the dirt is more like sand. These give my feet stability so they aren't killing me later! 5 Stars, Highly Recommend.

My old hiking shoes were falling apart and I found these and I LOVE them. I have them tied just tight enough to stay on my foot but loose enough so I can slip in and out of them on days I need to run the dog out. They are very comfortable, I've walked 5 miles in them with no issues. I've had them on all day and my feet don't hurt.

Lightweight and comfortable. Had them on for a Global Big Day from 5 am to 9 pm and were comfortable all day. long! Didn’t weigh like other boots. Bought them .5 size larger than I normally wear. I am very satisfied with my purchase!

There's nothing I dislike about these shoes. They're the best hiking shoes imaginable. Walked many miles in Costa Rica on wet rocks up and down a mountain. Never slid. My body hurt the next day, but my feet didn't. Stood in a shallow river and feet didn't get wet at all. Love these.

I bought these particular merrells because they boasted a "Waterproof membrane". The waterproofing failed completely within months. It was clear that all they really have is a surface waterproof spray that wears off. For the first few months, they seemed great. Recently, I walked on wet grass. Not high grass, just wet. My feet were completely soaked and the boots are still too wet to wear days later. So, useless to pay more for the waterproof feature. But, aside from that, they fit well, are reasonably comfortable, and do have great grip in the mud.

I wear a size 9.5 and I have a wide foot so I was recommended to size up to a 10. These boots were delivered on time one day before my three day trip to Joshua tree. Many mentioned that these boots take some time to break in however I did not have any issues such as blisters or stiffness. Only problem was once we were going down hill for a long duration of time my pinky stared to get uncomfortable but that was all. These shoes have great padding and keep your feet safe. I definitely would recommend and can’t wait for the journey I will embark upon in these boots!

First time owning a pair of Merrill’s. Very satisfied. It feels like my Oboz ones, except got a great deal with the price. Fit was good for my wide feet and comfortable for ascents and descents on rooted and rocky trails that are 2.5 to 4.5 miles long.
