I'm a bit confused by the negative reviews. Perhaps there was a bad batch? I purchased mine last year and used it during a trip to NYC in November 2022; it held up well as we walked around 10k steps a day without causing discomfort in my feet. I also brought it to Ireland last January, where it remained comfortable. The only drawback was its grip—during rainy weather, it felt slippery. Size down .5 size because these run big. If you don’t size down, your feet may slide out of the shoe. The left shoe fits fine in the ankle area, but the right shoe is another story. These are a bit difficult to get on, however, maybe with a slippery sock it would be better. Due to the opening being so small, the shoe grabs your sock and pulls it while trying to get the shoe on. This results in your sock becoming extremely tight on your toes. I thought about using a trouser sock but then the opening of the shoe causes pain at the ankle because there’s no cushion between the shoe and your skin. I’m still trying to figure this out because, the one time I was able to wiggle my toes enough to loosen the sock, these were dang comfortable! ... show more

Left shoe fit tightly, right shoe was bigger and sloppy. I will say they felt comfortable while walking on my area rug to try them out. Whomever is manufacturing these, needs to get some quality control. I really liked the look with the legging I had on and wish the fit was better. I bought my regular size. ... show more
