I was more than a bit disappointed in the color. Doesnt match the picture at all. This is more of a wine/brown color. The pics posted look like a true, regular purple. If this gives you an idea of the difference between the pics and the actual product, my husband thought they were brown when I took them out of the box. My wife is a Vikings fan and wanted purple boots of this type to go into a bar and watch the games. They aren't exactly Viking's purple, but in Jeans and with the Purple upper wear, they are just fine. They are NOT the top of the line boots and she does like her ugs? and bear paws, but NO purples? but for her Vikings wear purposes, they are about the only purple like boots I could find. Let me tell you. She saw some REAL purples in minnetonkas, but ONLY in kids versions so I knew what I was looking for these were a good price and she liked them.
