Went to the mountains hiking and they held up amazing! She is clumsy, and we hiked some hard trails. And she did not slip or fall once! They helped her keep her grip, no sores. Laces were extremely long, but we cut and adjusted them ourselves

    • Comfortable but not waterproof
My son loved these! He got them before our trip to Iceland. They were really comfortable to hike around all week but on the day we did get caught in a lot of rain they did get wet. So I'd call them water resistant. Overall we are still glad we got these because of the comfort for hiking. Didn't really need breaking in, great right out of the box! ... show more

    • I bought these for my daughter at Christmas.
My daughter has worn these almost every day since I bought them for her. She loves them. I have another set of hiking boots for her but these were supposed to be her backup. They've basically become her primary and she loves them. The only problem I have with them is that the laces are super thin. They come untied easily so she has to double knot her laces. The shoes however hold up extremely well. We'll probably buy her another set larger as she grows. ... show more

Our little one just didn't want the standard brown or grey boot for kids. These are high quality and one of the few that come in W sizes that are durable and waterproof. High fashion on the trails and at the campsite.
