There's a ton of pieces and some didn't come labeled which made assembling the bed a tad more challenging than it should have been. It still wasn't too bad and it's a nice bed once everything is put together.

This bunk bed looks great, is sturdy, didn't take long to assemble, and my daughter loves it! I don't particularly care for the colors she picked with against the wall color, but very satisfied with bed. I actually used a 10" mattress on bottom, 8" mattress on top and 6" mattress for trundle bed.

I am as happy and satisfied as I thought I would be with this bed. Both my song were in a full size but separate rooms. They’ve talked about bunk beds and I didn’t want the time to pass us up and them get too old for them. They are 4 and 5 and love them. Grateful for this affordable yet heavy duty option. I could never see spending thousands of dollars for a big name brand when this bed delivers the same thing.

I love this bunk bed! It took a few hours to put together after I gave up from looking for someone to pay & put it together for me. Recently separated from my husband who usually is my go to. My Mom & I decided to just go ahead & do it. Instructions weren’t bad. A little confusing but you just have to pay attention to details. It’s easy to miss a step at times. Overall, I love it but most importantly my kids love it. Looks expensive. Great deal & pricing. Definitely recommend!

Missing parts. Customer service very hard to get a hold of. Package delivered to wrong address. Had to go pick up bunkbeds from the other location. These boxes were over 80lbs each. Just really annoyed I can't get a hold of anyone to get the missing parts to put this bed together. The espresso finish is beautiful and the bunkbeds are a perfect size. Just really upset with not being able to talk to someone.
