Comprehensive motor repair and knowledge. More than I need to know about the motor but I appreciate having all the steps for a teardown and rebuild and other small things that I may be able to fix. Only complaint is how they combine all motor HP into one book.

Item arrived in a reasonable amount of time and was adequately packaged. The manual covers a number of years and a variety of the Mercury motors but I had no problem at ally relating the sections that pertained specifically to my 40Hp motor. Most of the depictions are good, the descriptions written are only good if you have the exact motor they are talking about st the time. As this manual tries to cover all motors, it lacks needed specifics to help the home mechanic
