So I really want to give my appreciation to the seller for fully replacing my item when part of my item was stolen at delivery while I was away from my home. When I originally got the item the slide was cracked and they were willing to give partial refund for that. But I realized I didn’t have all the pieces so they went ahead and shipped me a full replacement. Now the ease of assembly was hard! But as a woman that is more used to ikea set ups, i definitely was able to do this with a friend of mine. Some of the holes weren’t in the right place but I made it work for the back panels etc. We were too short to add the top roof part 😅! Im still happy I saved money on not getting the expert assembly. I didn’t even know lights came with the product it makes it look so much cooler! A little expensive but worth the money and fits in a standard room. I’ve already sent this product to some friends hope this helps. Make sure if you have any issues contact seller first they are so open to help. Thanks again! ... show more

    • Dosnt feel sturdy

Took about 6-7hrs to assemble. The person assembling it makes his living building things so that’s the amount of time it took for an expert to put it together. He complained that the instructions were in both inches and millimeters which was very confusing. The bed is great for my 3yr old son. We added an extra bar across it to keep him from falling out because the bar is so low basically the height of his mattress and we have a very thin mattress on it… I’m a female who’s 4 feet 11 inches tall and I weigh about 115 pounds and I do not trust it to support my weight. It feels very wobbly and not sturdy. We will be adding our own supports on to make it more secure. Overall I would not recommend it nor would I buy it again. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. Took us FOREVER to put together. Mainly bc the screws and pieces weren’t labeled correctly. There also were enough longer screws for certain parts but we had some at home/made it work. Overall, my daughter loves it and thats what matters.
