Bought these for an international trip. I love how lightweight they are and how well the surface held up against cosmetic damage. They are roomy, and you can pack a lot in them. One of the main reasons I bought this (and for the 5 stars), was for their warranty and that they stand behind their product for so long. I did have one problem traveling when I think the luggage must have been handled harshly by the airlines resulting in a crack in one corner. The customer service was responsive, quick to help, and more than fixed the problem. I would recommend the product to friends and family just because I believe you can trust the brand.

I absolutely love my 3 Piece set in the creamy white color with the dark tan. It’s so pretty, spacious and very easy to maneuver. Holds lots of stuff. The only reason I gave it a 4 instead of 5 is because I have to see how it holds up. I’m very concerned to see how it’s gonna do after a few uses. Will come back to let you know & see. Purchased this set about four months ago and have used them several times already. Very light and stronger than I thought they would be. Not sure how long they will last yet. Taking three major trips and 8-10 smaller trips a year, I'd expect these to last us about three years, which I think is great for the price. Durability depends on how they're handled. I'm very happy with the capacity, and my only complaint is that the handles are not exactly rigid when fully extended. With enough weight, in my opinion, it'll be the first thing to go wrong. Overall very happy with these.
