The media could not be loaded. Great bed, my little one loves it. Pretty solid construction, took me about 5.5 hrs to make by myself, attached a time lapse. Funny how you can put the whole thing together with a 2 inch Allen wrench. Instructions were a 8.5/10, a few iffy spots here and there but for the most part pretty clear. Why don't they just make the illustrations a little bigger? ... show more

    • Poor quality and missing pieces

Parts were missing, mislabeled or missing labels entirely, and after having to finally spend another $250 to have someone put it together correctly, one of the step doors snapped and broke right off the first time my daughter opened it. The tent parts are cheap and several of the ties have ripped off. Upset that this couldn’t be returned because they wanted me to repack the entire thing to do so which is impossible. Worst purchase ever as it was a complete waste of time and money. After less than 3 months of hardly being used by my 6 year old (she sleeps in our bed almost every night) this bed is literally falling and breaking apart. The wood beams under the mattress are cracking, the doors on the steps have ripped right off and the tent piece is completely unusable. Over priced piece of junk I’m stuck with. ... show more
