I have been looking for a men's purple shoe for a few years. One thing purple shoes for men are very hard to find. Either the wrong shade of purple or none at all. Size too. I have a small foot. So I was do eccited to find these. They felt great too.

  • Great quality for a good price
Size: 12.5 Color: Light Blue
My teenage son absolutely loves those shoes. They are very comfortable, lightweight, and trendy. He has high arch and this shoe design is supporting arch. The price was great for this kind of quality.

  • After starting to wear these shoes 3 weeks ago, they are totally falling apart!
Size: 9.5 Color: Orange
There are several things wrong with these shoes. And before I get started, I'm going to say that I own 3 other pair by the same manufacturer and have not had a single problem with the other shoes. But the orange pair that I bought is falling apart and I just began wearing them recently they were purchased in May, but they were never worn up until early September. And the entire lower part of the shoe is pulling away from. The upper part and it's the lower part of the shoe. In addition to that, it's broken in several spots. The left shoe is broken on the substructure. And then near where it attaches to the shoe. And you can see that clearly in the picture and the right shoe also has some similar things. Where the bottom of the shoe is breaking and the tread has been coming off repeatedly and I've had to glue the tread back on repeatedly. So these shoes no longer qualify for a refund. But they are really a bad shoe. And it's not representing all the company, but these. Orange shoes that I bought are terrible.Just do not buy them!!! ... show more

  • Inexpensive but with one flaw
Size: 10 Color: Grey/Orange
I bought these because I was sick of paying high prices for mediocre sneakers. Even Chuck Taylors, some of my favorite sneakers of all time and the best bang-for-the-buck for years, are in the $65-$80 dollar range nowadays. Since I basically use sneakers for walking and not much more, I wanted something that was inexpensive, moderately comfortable, reasonably durable, and not butt-ugly. Inexpensive: These sneakers were less than $40 when I bought them. Unless you buy shoes on clearance, you won't find very many options that are less expensive. So far so good. Looks: Subjective, of course, but I like the way these look. More importantly, the fit and finish seems to be pretty good (at least initially). There are no crooked seams, loose stitches, or blemishes. Aside from the lack of logos, you can't tell these aren't name-brand sneakers by their appearance. Comfort: I'm pretty tolerant in this area-- I can wear Chuck Taylors or logging boots and walk around most of the day. These shoes are light and have a relatively firm insole. I wouldn't recommend them for running (not much impact absorption) but for walking around they're fine, even for extended periods of time. Since I wear boots almost every day, I appreciate the light weight. Having said that, they have a stiff plastic former at the back of the shoe by your Achilles heel. This former can bend out of position from repeatedly taking the shoe on and off. Once it does, it will dig into the back of your foot, making the shoe almost unwearable. More on this below. Durability: Here's where we start having problems. Most of the shoe has worn fine. I wear these around the house and for walks in the neighborhood so not very arduous duty, but after a year the soles have plenty of life and the rest of the shoe has worn as well as any other-- with one exception. As mentioned before, there is a plastic portion at the heel of the shoe that can deform over time. I admit that I don't always use a shoe horn (does anyone use those anymore?) when I put on my shoes, but I've also never had a problem like this. When the plastic piece deforms, it tears through the inner liner of the shoe and begins to rub on the back of your heel. I can usually bend it back into position, stick my foot in the shoe, and not have a problem. Other times, however, it digs into my heel and I can't shift it into a comfortable position. Yeah, I admit I should probably loosen my shoes more before ramming my big-ass feet into them, but in all the years I've worn sneakers I've never had this problem. If you fold the back of the shoe over once or twice by accident, you permanently deform the plastic and you'll be fighting to get them to fit correctly from then on. So what's the verdict? These are decent looking, inexpensive sneakers that work fine for walking or maybe some jogging. I wouldn't wear them for anything with lots of impact (prolonged running or jumping), and I don't think they're as durable in some areas (IE the heel) as higher quality sneakers. I don't regret buying them and will continue to use them, but I won't buy another pair. ... show more
