I was skeptical of these shirts when I first ordered them. I knew they were cheap $5 shirts you can find on Alibaba, but I was willing to give them a shot. The material makeup is 90% cotton and 10% spandex, which makes them feel soft while having a decent amount of stretch. Of course, like most reviews here, I was worried about shrinkage after washing and drying, so I took others' advice and ordered 2 sizes up from my typical workout shirt. I am 6'-1" and weigh roughly 180 pounds. I typically wear size medium in a workout shirt because I want them to fit a little tight (to show off my muscles, of course). That being said, I wear size large most other times. And it really depends on the brand of shirt; if they run small, I wear a large, if they run big, I wear a medium, or, in the case of Carhartt and Duluth Trading Company, I wear size small, but that's a different story altogether. With all that being said, I ordered size XL. I tried the shirt on when I got it and it was a little big, but not THAT big. I could have worn it out, but I knew it would shrink, so I put it in the wash. Sure enough, it shrank, but I don't know if it shrank 2 sizes. After a couple of washes, it seems to have stabilized at around a "large" size. I'm not disappointed that it didn't shrink more, but I am hesitant to recommend ordering two sizes up. That being said, if you like your workout shirts tight, order 1 size up, if you like them a little more loose, order 2 sizes up. I like this top. My only issue was that I typically wear a large and because of the tight fit, I needed to return it and order an extra large. My recommendation is to order one size up.

This is a good quality workout shirt that is comfortable. I normally wear large and hang dry my shirts so they don’t shrink after I’ve washed them, but unfortunately this one ended up in the dryer and now fits like a medium. Mine used to fit like the one on the model. Now the sleeves stop just above my wrists. If considering purchasing, order your normal size and don’t put it in the dryer. Otherwise, go one size larger and you’ll be okay if it shrinks a bit. ... show more

The neck is a bit loose but great quality otherwise. Very breathable and doesn't fit too tight around my stomach area. I also like how it fits around my arms, but the neck is my only complaint.

This shirt feels and looks high quality. Honestly, I’ve seen shirts in stores that look and feel like this shirt that cost double or triple the price. I now buy them for both working out, and for wearing with jeans or joggers. They don’t feel like your basic cheap workout shirt, but they definitely do the job in the gym and for running. I recently ran a 50mile trail race in this shirt, and it felt great on my skin. I didn’t need to change my shirt mid-race like I usually do. I’ve also worn it out to dinner with jeans, and it looks as though it’s a high quality solid tee. For sizing, I’d go up one size. I got the medium and they fit alright I washed them in cold water and hang dried them. They shrunk quiet a bit. I am 6’ and shout of got a large but I’m pretty skinny so I stuck with medium.

The fit was fine, the material was stretchy which is nice in a workout shirt. But the material was a lot thicker than i was expecting. Never wore it to the gym, but I imagine it would be hot. Ended up returning.
