Not a heavy-duty-keep-you-warm in winter option. I am 5'11" 175 lbs, 32 waist. purchased an XL. This is roomy enough to wear a t-shirt comfortably underneath. I would imagine a size large would work well if you are similar size and looking for a more fitted look. Will be purchasing another.

It feels nice and good to wear to the gym but it does run on the small side. The material is a little thin and somewhat see through. I’m 5’10 220lbs and usually wear an XL but I recommend getting bigger size. It’s skin tight on the short sleeve shirts and not much better on the long sleeve shirts.
