I don't often have a need to dress up, but occasionally something pops up where it's a necessity. I didn't want to spend a lot on something I'm going to use a couple times a year. I really like the color and styling and the boots while not the most comfortable ever are adequate. I wore them all day for a funeral and my feet did not get sore even with a lot of standing. The quality seems pretty good for the money and for me the my regular size fit well. I don't know how they'd hold up to every day wear but for someone like me I'm sure they'll last for years and years.

This is the first pair of shoes I've purchased from Amazon that fit perfectly. Before ordering, I contacted the seller (ArcBrothers) for some advice regarding inventory availability of sizes not offered for this shoe. Via Amazon messaging, their Representative provided some initial information about shoe sizes and asked for my foot measurements. Based on the information I provided, they recommended a size I would never have thought would work for me. I normally wear a size 9.5 in most brands. They recommended a size 8! Ok---I gave it a shot, ordered it and couldn't believe how well they fit. The Rep was spot on and I'm very grateful for the time she took to respond to my questions. (Thank you Patty!)
