I'm happy to report that they've held up over the last eight months that I've had them. They work great to dress up jeans or informal slacks. I've gotten a lot of compliments from both younger and older folks. They feel sturdy and are surprisingly not too uncomfortable if you've gotta walk around for twenty to thirty minutes. I like the boots, but I just gave them to someone, today shoes are big and bulky looking, I like a smaller look to my boots or shoes, I got two pairs of Chelsea boots from you that had a small look to them, love them.

Very nice quality boots but a bit too narrow for my feet. I ordered size 12 and the length is prefect, heel fits great, a bit wide at the arch which is OK, but the width across the foot at the base of the toes is too narrow for me and my footbones (metatarsals) push together and hurt so bad that I can't walk in these boots. I'd say that the width is either narrow or on the narrow-side of medium. If your feet are medium to wide then these boots won't fit. ... show more

Cheap quality, flimsy, feels like something you find at a Payless years ago.. The cheap so called leather used doesn't justify the price point this thing is marked at.. You'll get better results from an actual store, also without having an item sent to you that's been purchased, returned and repackaged multiple times, from multiple people buying it, returning it, because it's just terrible.
