This was a really nice, simple, inexpensive update to our bed. It comes with eye Hooks to screw into the ceiling but I used 3m adhesive Hooks. The only downside to this canopy is 1. You can plug in the lights with a USB outlet but you need a connector box for a regular outlet. Also the length of the cord without lights is very short. It worked out fine for me because I have two bedside lamps that have outlets on them. You can also use batteries ( you'll need 6 ) . The other odd thing was they send paper clips to attach the lights to the canopy... I mean it worked but odd. This was easy enough for me to hang up alone ( it was a surprise for my husband) . The lights are a little brighter than I expected but I guess that could be a good thing. I was hoping for a slightly less bright ambience. Overall we both love this canopy ! And I do recommend buying it ... show more

When I was growing up all I ever wanted was a canopy bed and my family could never afford one and it's all I ever dreamed about. Shoot forward and now I can make my dreams come true with this! it's super easy to install and has a couple ways in which you can hang them and I have also added my own lights and a picture to the top and its magical to say the least! I always forget I do not actually own a canopy bed, its just a curtain but it does make my space a lot more dreamy. I like the design for the bug repellent factor as well. this would be great over a tent or going camping. It looks thin but it s a great thickness to not be to heavy but still be sheer. and when I close it gives the feeling I have my own little cave to hide in. perfect for people who are overstimulated easy and need a hiding space. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. I love it so much. Its very easy to install, I used command strips because I live in a dorm at the moment and cant drill holes in the wall. The command strips are very sticky and i stuck plastic metal hangers you would usually use for flags and other dorm essentials. Just get it, its the best canopy on amazon right now if you want something simple to add to. I will be hanging up butterfly lights to it too. But its very large so it fits Extra large king sized beds. Get it get get itt you wont regret it trust me!! ... show more
