This hangs over the head of our 8yo daughter's twin bed. She loves being able to close it up like a tent while sitting in bed or let it hang open and just make her room feel fancy. The canopy is like a sheet in thickness so it lets some light in but you can't see through it.

Nice color, but I really wanted 100% cotton per the detail page. Fiber content on tag say polyester. Stitching is okay but if you can sew I'd recommend reinforcing the stitch lines and they're only loosely serged. Serge color was black on nave so not terribly noticable. I got the pink one for my daughter and it looks great. She has a full sized day bed and it fits over that with extra fabric to spare. My ceilings might be low though. However it’s been hanging up there for about a month now and nothing torn, not the fabric and not off the ceiling as well. It if it is coming down it will more than likely be the fabric being torn. This canopy is HUGE and my daughter loves it. It's easy to pop out and hang up and it looks great, but the listing said it came with string lights and I never received any. Also, it took about 2 months to arrive, but that can be blamed on the holidays and covid.
