This is my first coat purchasing online. I honestly did not know what to expect. I weigh about 232 in pounds. The ski coat is an X-Large as i have wide shoulders. It fits and zips up and down without any use of force. Should say, only has two buttons. One towards the top collar and one at the bottom. So far, ❤️ this coat. I ❤️ the color. Interrior is lined with warmth except when looking at the sleeves turned inside out at eye veiw. The sleeves are actually layered inside the coat with light material. Never seen a coat like this before. Do check my photos. I do find the velvet straps on the coat wrist annoying. Plus i wish the pockets outside did not have zippers but tolerable. Besides, did say in ad being a ski coat. Also, coat does have some weight and does come packaged in a plastic zip up bag. Very resuble and a nice touch. Just be aware, when arriving, not packaged in a box. At first, thinking oh crap. It arrived in a plastic mailer bubble envelope. Thankfully no damage because of the zip bag. Now asking me if i felt it was worth buying? YES! Plus, the price was excellent. Stores near me probably be more.

The young man who is autistic and absolutely loves this color of blue, loved the jacket. He hardly wants to take it off his mother said! I bought him XL and it fits perfectly. He is 6'-2" and about 190 lb. The arms are padded lightly but not the fleece lining that the rest of it has and for him, that's perfect.... Okay new part of the review. I would have put 5 stars because for the price it was a nice jacket. But the zipper is completely stuck and almost like glued after only a few wearings [has had less than 2 weeks] and there is a rip in the fabric on one side. I am waiting for his mother to return the jacket to me, as I cannot return for free without the original packaging. I bought the jacket Dec. 20th so do not have the original packaging. Amazon does offer to pick it up and they print out a label as long as you have a box for 7.99 so I'm going to go with that. Bottom line, the jacket just may have been defective and I am repurchasing it to see if the next one holds up better. If not, on to a jacket that is better made. I still say for the price it's worth a try. It looked very good.

While the description says both "coat" and "jacket" - this is really light enough that I would call it a jacket, and NOT a coat. Having read the reviews before I bought it, I made sure to layer another vest underneath it, and I stayed toasty warm in 14⁰ F (-10⁰ C) weather while hiking in the mountains last week. While the pockets are handy to hold gloves, phone, and maybe snack or two - they worked well - but my personal preference would be for the inside pocket and outer pocket to be a tad deeper. They did work fine, though. The zippers are plastic. I really wish they were brass, for longevity - but they did the job. One of the zippers was a little "sticky" - but with a little more than some gentle persuasion, it closed up properly. I may lube it with some soap or wax to see if that helps. Fit. Some other reviews were complaining that the jacket was too big. Nah. It's MADE to fit over clothing and maybe other jackets. I normally wear a USA size L, and so knowing that I was going to layer clothing, I ordered an XL jacket. This worked well for me.

it’s been a while since I ordered this, but I wanted to give a true review so I waited at least until it had been worn a couple seasons. And I can say honestly, it works perfect. My son is so happy with this, working outside as he does in the winter time this jacket has kept him so warm at times he’s had to take it off even in Missouri’s cold winters. He has been warm.. I recommend this company, I recommend this product, and I will be buying more for my grandson’s…. And granddaughters they loved the classy style of it, the sleek design… in their words…. “This is totally cool, granny!”

This is a nice jacket. Great fitting . Comfortable. The hood is terrible. The neck and the hood flaps get in your face . So I tried to take off the hood . The zipper is bad . It’s a low quality plastic zipper .i contacted the seller to see if they would give me a discount on the price since the hood is not useable . I told them I’ll use it hoodless . They offered me a $5,00 discount . lol what a joke . I’ll be returning this jacket also . I wanted to keep it for work but they only want to give a lousy 5 dollars off . Try a different brand

Bought this specifically for a winter trip and it was quite cozy. the waterproof material works though i detach the hood from time to time. Highly recommended as you're getting an excellent quality at a low cost.
