I’ve been wearing these steel toe work boots for about six weeks now doing heavy duty landscaping work and they’re exactly what I needed. The PVC rubber construction is incredibly durable and truly waterproof - I’ve been in wet conditions multiple times and my feet stayed completely dry. The steel toe protection is solid and feels secure without being overly heavy or clunky. The slip-resistant sole grips really well on wet grass, mud, and uneven terrain which is crucial for safety on the job. Installation and break-in were surprisingly smooth - they felt good right away without that painful multi-week break-in period. The matte black finish looks professional and won’t show dirt as easily as lighter colored boots. The waterproofing holds up great even after repeated washing and hosing them down at the end of the day. My feet stay comfortable even during long 8-10 hour shifts, which honestly surprised me given how tough these boots are. The ankle support is excellent and I feel confident walking over rough ground. For agricultural and industrial work, these are a fantastic value - they’re built tough but don’t break the bank. Arrived quickly and they fit GREAT- not an easy task when it is a men’s size 14 Wide foot. Also worth noting that the steel toe box is roomy enough that my boyfriend’s hammer toes were not in pain inside the boots. I just got these and have only wore them two days, but so far I like them. I am a maintenance worker and purchased them for work. My only complaint (at least for now) is that I don't like how they were packed. They were folded up. I don't think I've ever had boots packed like that. When I tried to straighten them up so they could stand up straight, they would not stand up straight. Fortunately, once I wore them a little, they straightened out and did not fold back up. The pictures of them standing up straight I took were after one day of wearing them. They are comfortable, fit well, seem sturdy (though, time will tell how sturdy they truly are), have a nice weight to them, and were a pretty good price. ... show more
