Got these shoes to go to Jamaica in. Great nights out and walking on the beach, very comfortable, lightweight, great support, and great value for the money. Will buy another pair of these when these go but they've lasted for six months so far and still hold up pretty good.

    • Beware of a couple of things

I've had these for a couple weeks. They are extremely well-made, generally comfortable and I think they look cool. A few things you should be aware of: 1. The opening of the shoe is kind of high and narrow. This means they aren't coming off your foot if you don't want them to, but also that I find I can't slip them on no-handed. I have to use my hand or they don't get over my heel. 2. Another consequence of the opening height is that they're rubbing just below my ankle on the outside. It's a little red. 3. For boat shoes, they take a long time to dry out if you get them them really wet (~24 hours). ... show more

These are my favorite pair of shoes. I'm on my 3rd pair. I wear them to the office, on walks, and even on boats. They have great traction and quick to dry!

I have bought several of these over the past few years. I wear them as my main shoes until the snow flies. Then they come back out again in spring until I run them into the ground and have to buy a new pair. Rinse and repeat. They slide right on and actually have a bit of a soul on there so I can move around if necessary. They actually feel like sneakers that I can slide on. Normally I wear them heel folded, but "action" mode is easy to do as well. Sometimes I actually have to flip the heel on while driving because otherwise the shoe can kind of float around. I like the ones without the ties because they shape the shoe a bit differently that the ones with the adornment "laces". ... show more
